Our baby and children compatible house is situated at the southern hillside of the Wechsel (1200 m above sea level) in the midst of a fantastic hiking area and at the first Austrian Rollerbahn, directly at the pists of ski school Mönichkirchen-Mariensee.
The healthy altitude climate is recommended by doctors and balm for the respiratory tracts of the whole family. Here you can enjoy nature even more, as the surroundings are free of cars, and access road is only allowed to be driven by guests.
From out terrace you can see the playground, a fenced off pond that invites you to go swimming. Furthermore, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the valley.
In summer, there is a great kids programme with riding, wood trails and much more.
For school class excursions, company outings and explorers, we offer the water trail, starting with the water park featuring several highlights and ending at the biotope in front of our house.

During the winter, 1 chair lift, 6 T-bar lifts and our snow-making facilities provide for beautiful slopes. From our wintergarden, you can directly watch the action, whereas you enjoy the warm sun rays. 30m in front of the house, the meeting point of both ski schools is where your kids are really well cared for. We offer you free snow boots for hiking and bobs for sliding down the slopes!

School ski courses are just as welcome. The house is designed so that the kids can romp around while other guests can nevertheless sleep peacefully. Those courses are subject to special conditions and can only be booked personally.
