Our house with 4 apartments (max. 10 up to 14 guests) is located on a sunny hill in the local part Gerlos-Ried about 200 m far from the main street. The car park is in front of the house. The distance to the local centre (church) is approx. 400m, restaurants only a few walking minutes far away.
We offer rolls service in the morning for fresh and crispy bread. In our cosy lounge on the groundfloor you find a free of charge internet- connection (W-lan) for your computer, a book- and play-corner and an additional TV.
In our ski storage you find a ski boot dryer for warmly and dry ski shoes every morning.
For our little guests we have various toys and a little playground with sand. Our „baby-package “(baby-bed, bottle-warmly, high-chair…. etc.) can ordered free of charge.

The distance to the local centre (church) is approx. 500m, the skibus-station (free of charge) approx. 200m and the skiing-area Isskogel (Zillertal Arena) about 1.5 km.
In the apartments you find a TV (individual programs D, E, I, F, NL) as well as a radio with CD player. In the cosy breakfast lounge on the ground floor we have a free of charge internet- connection (W-lan) for your computer, a book- and playing-corner and an additional TV. In our ski storage you find a ski boot dryer for warmly and dry ski shoes every morning.
