Wellbeing
The sun tickles in the nose.
I rub my eyes, stretch myself,
and welcome the new day.
A healthy breakfast,
and enough energy for new experiences.
From time to time I stop,
lean back, refuel.
Then I return, relax my
body in the sauna, in the steam bath.
I read a book in peace.
Sit around with my friends.
We grow together - like a family.
I am at home!
