GÖSTLING - HOCHKAR

Whether novice or pro, you can test your skills von the very same runs where Alpine ski stars train or check out a Hochkar Racing Camp for everybody on the snowiest and the nighest alpine region in the Eastern Alps with a broad variety of runs that guarantee winter fun for all.
Fun Park: Hochkar is a paradise for freerider and feestyler, who can build their own pipes.
"HOCHKAR RACING CAMP"
The ski training focuses on racing technique and stresses training plans tailored to the individuel skier.
Big snow guns assure great times on the ski slopes from early December to the end of April, even in years when Mother Nature is less generous with snowfalls. Superbly groomed runs for all ability levels plus moguls, deep powder and firn slopes.
1 detachable four-passenger chair lift, 4 four-person chair lifts, 1 two-person chair lift and 3 surface lifts, which can transport up to 16.000 people per hour.

This remote mountain plateau is located in the midst of protected countryside between Hochkar and Dürrenstein at 800 to 900 metres above sea level. Besides the scenic winter landscapes, Hochreit offers a perfest system of CC-skiing and hiking trails, plenty of sun and reliable snow cover plus wholesome natural fare from local farmers.
