A few recommendation how to stay fit in autumn:

Do not miss out on exercising in the open regularly. We recommend walks, hikes, Nordic Walking and jogging. If you decide to go jogging, start slowly as your respiratory organs have to adapt to the cold air.

It is important to eat fruits and vegetables with a high level of vitamins in order to avoid diseases. Bear in mind to drink enough!

Regular sauna sessions do not only boost the immune system but also purify the whole body. Moreover, sauna sessions get the circulation going and foster the regeneration of the respiratory mucosa.
