The ideal training for endurance, strength and fitness activates 90% of all muscels and is ideal at all seasons.
The Rosalia region offers running and nordic walking tracks of all levels of difficulty. Before you start - don't forget your warm-up program!

All routes are circle routes, that means that they take you back to the beginning.

Each week (after registration) we offer GUIDED NORDIC WALKING TOURS with certified instructors on marked routes, plus introduction to the basic technique.

BAD SAUERBRUNN
Lazawiese: 6,0km/easy - route takes you via the promenade in the direction of Neudörfl/Sportcenter and back through the forest; Start/finish at the GesundheitsZentrum
Keltenhofstrecke: 5,6km/easy - route takes you along the rails in the direction of Wiesen, to the Keltenberg and back into the center, nearly everything is paved; Start/finish at the GesundheitsZentrum
Florianikreuzweg: 4,7km/easy - route takes you past the fire brigade house over hilly landscape into the forest - the Floriani cross stands in idyllic location right next to the memorial stone - a route for real "forest runners"; Start/finish at the GesundheitsZentrum
FORCHTENSTEIN
Furt route: 4,7km/easy, start/finish at the Sportplatz
Eisteich route: 9,3km/easy, start/finish at the Sportplatz
Kastanien route: 7,5km/medium, start/finish at the GH Schreiner
MARZ
Kogel route: 8,5km/easy - route takes you on paved road around the Rohrbacher Teichwiesen and through a nature reserve; start/finish at the Dreieckswiese
Kreitweg: 3,8km/easy - route takes you on paved road and haul trail; start/finish at the carpark of the Hotel Müllner/Rosengasse
MATTERSBURG
Kogelbergstrecke: 8,2km/easy - route takes you out of town into green nature, past fruit orchards and meadows; start/finish at the Hotel-Restaurant Florianihof (corner Wienerstraße/Schubertstraße)
NEUDÖRFL
Lazawiese: 6,0km/easy - route entrance for "walkers" from Neudörfl at the Tennis & Sportcenter (the route originally started at the GesundheitsZentrum in Bad Sauerbrunn) and takes you through the forest via the promenade in the direction of Neudörfl/Sportcenter and back again.
PÖTTELSDORF
Sauplatzrunde: 8,8km/easy - route takes you along the Kogl-cycling trail, mostly on paved road. Start/finish at the end of the Berggasse/Brunngasse
SIGLEß
Kirchenweg: 4,7km/easy - route takes you along the cementery into green nature, along the meadows in the direction of Windpark and through the forest; partly paved road; start/finish at the church.
Mühlenweg: 5,6km/easy
Kreuzfeldweg: 4,5km/easy
Mühlenweg and Kreuzfeldweg are partly parallel routes and take you along meadows. Walkers who think that 5,6km are too long can take a short cut to the Kreuzfeldweg route to the joint starting point; start/finish is at the Sportplatz.
WIESEN
Christine's route: 8km/easy - route takes you through mostly flat region along Feldern in the direction of Mattersburg, nearly all paved; start/finish at the main square.
Hafertag: 4,6km/medium; start/finish at the Angerkapelle chapel
3-Hotter-route: 11,5km/difficult; start/finish is at the Angerkapelle chapel
