St. Johann in Tirol (670m) occupies a beautiful location in the Leukental, a scenic valley extending from Jochberg to near the Bavarian border.
With 8,300 inhabitants and 4,500 guest beds, St. Johann is the region´s economic and tourist center.
In the winter St. Johann offers 17 modern ski lifts and 60 kilometers of immaculate slopes on the more protected, snowy northern side of the Kitzbüheler Horn.
